• Training preferences (FTP, plans, workouts)
• Garmin health and activity metrics you connect
• Optional Intervals.icu credentials for workout export
• Billing identifiers if you subscribe (via Stripe)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Delete your account from Settings to remove associated training, health, and connection data we store.
